This one-hour webinar will feature speakers from both the S.C. Opioid Recovery Fund (SCORF) Board staff and DAODAS and will provide detailed information on the difference between supplementing and supplanting funds, how this applies to both federal/state funds and opioid abatement funds, and examples of approaches to provide real-world guidance. Ample time will also be provided for questions to help participants think through challenges.
