Job Responsibilities:
• Participates in evaluation, development, and improvement of all agency policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine chart/quality assurance audits.
• Writes and edits required reporting.
• Monitors state and federal guidelines to ensure agency compliance.
• Provides staff education for compliance standards and competency training.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years' experience in the human services field

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master's degree

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications
