Due to the extraordinary number of applications that have been received since the application reopened on 3/17/25 – and to maintain fidelity to both the program and currently approved applicants – no new applications are being accepted at this time.
Recovery Housing Assistance funds can only be used at a South Carolina Oxford House or SCARR-certified recovery home.
Recipients may receive housing assistance funds for up to six months, until they secure permanent housing, or until funds are exhausted.
